"Wonderful week at the Cottage very relaxing loved seeing all the wildlife on the fields especially the hares. Cottage was lovely and clean and very well equipped. No doubt we will be coming again."

"This was our first family holiday, our baby was 9 months old. The information we received beforehand was fantastic and arriving was so easy. We placed a tesco delivery, they had no problems finding the property. Everything was so clean and lovely. The stairgates were brilliant! A highchair was also provided, however our little one wasn't a fan of it so we used our own. All the little details from coffee pods to dishwasher tables to a bath mat in each changing room at the pool just made it feel more homely. Location was great for us and little one napped to/from places. The play barn was fantastic! We would visit again! "

"Lovely spacious cottage overlooking the large communal area and paddocks. The kitchen is well equipped, and the large screen TV in the lounge delighted the grandchildren (although there’s so much to do here it wasn’t needed a lot). An ideal grandparents large double room (also with TV) is on the first floor, as well as a twin room for the children, leaving the very large en suite room for the younger generation! Morning cuppa enjoyed in the sun on the bench outside the front door - supplied with cushions by Jill. The children loved their hour in the pool daily, our son used the early morning shared swim slot, and we were able to get another hour on a couple of days when there was a vacant slot left (there are more slots than cottages). This week we had such amazing weather that the beautiful play barn was used less than usual!

We have stayed in 3 other cottages at this site, and they are all as well equipped and immaculately kept. "

"We have been going to Lower Wood Farm cottages for many years and this is still our happy place for the whole family .The cottages are very homely ,clean and have everything you need for your stay .Grandchildren love the playbarn and the indoor pool and there are outdoor games and bikes to use .Fields all around and lovely walks with a farm shop down the lane . Gt Yarmouth and other attractions close by . Never want to come home ,such a lovely place ."

"Our 3rd stay and didn’t disappoint, a slightly different time of year but still lots to do locally. The cottage accommodation was fabulous, well designed, comfortable and to a really good quality. A lovely long weekend with family and 2 x 7 year olds. "

"We had a lovely time. The cottage is comfortable and had everything we needed. The heating a bit hit and miss (the very nice attic bedroom’s en-suite was chilly) but nothing at all to spoil our stay.

The children loved the play barn and pool.

This was our third visit, thank you Jill and your staff for helping make it so enjoyable. We’ll be back!"

"Three generations stayed here and from the first moment we all loved everything about it. The Cottage itself was the best one we have ever stayed in. The decor was beautiful, the sofas and beds were really comfy, the kitchen was extremely well equipped and everywhere was light and airy. The Play Barn was a huge success as were the swimming pool and the large outdoor space. There was nothing at all we could fault. Jill was friendly, always contactable and often around the site. There was plenty to do both on and off site and we enjoyed a mixture of ‘just chilling’ and days out to several great attractions. Definitely on our return list. "
