"We booked the cottage for a family of 9 for my husbands 60th birthday. We had a great week. Braeburn Barn was perfect for our needs and spotlessly clean. The grounds were kept to an immaculate standard and all the facilities were also immaculate.. Booking our slot at the pool was easy and we made lots of use of the grounds for football and other outdoor games games. We used the BBQ twice. Jill was the perfect host always on hand if we needed her. One of the nice touches was the fully laid kitchen table with cups and saucers and lovely cakes ready for us when we arrived after our journey. We will return.again."

"Thankyou Jill, Braeburn Barn was all we could have wished for. We stayed with our family for the May half term. Our grandchildren. 3-13 years old had a wonderful time. They particularly enjoyed the play barn (so well equipped for all ages) and playing fields. The indoor swimming pool was a firm favourite. The barn itself was well equipped, very clean and spacious with a wonderful open plan living/dining kitchen upper floor. In the evening, we enjoyed looking out across the fields for deer, pheasants and hares.. You even had charging points in the car park for my EV!
Lots of things to do in the area. Don't miss the stock cars/destruction derby at the nearby Yarmouth Stadium."

"Excellent property in a gorgeous location with easy access to the coast, especially Winterton Beach. Great recommendations for local restaurants and take aways. The play barn and pool are a real bonus and the booking system for the pool works well. Jill and her team keep the property and surroundings immaculate. Highly recommended. "

"Amazing place to stay with great views. Very peaceful. Not too far to drive to other places to visit. Cottage was large enough for a big family. Very spacious. The play barn was well equipped with things to do for both adults and children. Swimming pool clean and can book 1hr private sessions for family. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again"

"We had a lovely week during February half term. The kids loved the pool. The play barn was also a big hit with the kids (and adults!) they outdoor area was great and would be amazing in the summer. The accommodation was spacious for us all and well equipped. We will be back "

The Barn was spotlessly clean and every detail thought of and children were very well catered for.
The swimming pool was a great bonus and again it was very clean.
