"Highly recommend Lower Wood Farm cottages definitely have the wow factor! Absolutely everything you need for a fabulous family holiday. It’s very quiet and a perfect safe location. The facilities are brilliant for young children and early teens ,with bikes, footballs, pedal toys and the play barn is like a toy shop. The swimming pool is lovely and warm and well maintained. The cottages are beautifully decorated and equipped with practically everything you need for your stay. The only things we actually needed to buy were cling film, aluminium foil and extra loo rolls! The only small issue was condensation in the bathroom after showering, probably needs a better ventilator installed. Would love to come again"

"We had a wonderful time at Lower wood farm. The accommodation was super clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with equipment in the kitchen and there were thoughtful extras like a step stool for little ones in the bathroom. The pool was so welcome on a hot day but my boys favourite thing was the play barn and the big fields to run around on. The grounds were immaculate - it was the perfect week away! "

"Excellent place to stay amenities very good, our 4 yeat old grandson thoroughly enjoyed the vast amount of different toys etc. . in the play barn. We used the bikes several times to ride up the lane to get fresh milk and eggs . The pool is great which we used each day. The booking system works well.
Well maintained grounds. Jill and the team work very hard keeping everything in top condition."

"This is our fifth stay, first time in Pipkin and we had just as lovely a time as the previous 4. Pipkin is the smallest but just as comfortable and well furnished as the others (Bramley, Appleloft and The Cottage). The 2 bedrooms are large, perfect for us staying with our grandson. We particularly liked the kitchen/dining/lounge area, and there is all the equipment provided to make our 4 day break easy.
The swimming pool is a big draw, and we were able to book an hour each day for a private swimming time. We could have had a second swim in a shared time slot. The playbarn was helpful particularly this time (weather a bit on the cold side!) as our 12 year old loved trying to beat his Grandpa at pool. There is something for every age group here.
Jill and her team work so hard on the grounds, they look immaculate. "
