A deceptively spacious cottage created out of a former dairy and apple store. The Appleloft is attached to the rear of The Cottage and The Farmhouse and has a first-floor open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings looking out across the open countryside and the courtyard.

"We stayed at the Appleloft for the weekend, for a family birthday celebration and it was perfect for the occasion. The Appleloft was spotlessly clean, really well equipped and it was so nice to be welcomed with a tea tray and a fresh cake.
Jill was very friendly and accommodating and took her time to show us round and nothing was too much trouble for her.
The facilities were fantastic, including the swimming pool, the playbarn, barbecue and the outdoor seating area, so we could gather as a family.
We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Lower Wood Farm."

"Have stayed here before and it is an incredible place to stay. It is ideally located for Great Yarmouth and of course Caister and many other locations but is tucked away in a very quiet rural location. It has everything you could wish for and more! The private swimming pool which guests can book for private swims is brilliant especially for the children and also free bicycles to use and outdoor mini golf and large play area for the children. There is also a large "barn" full of toys for adults and children with a full size table tennis table full size pool table and a table top football game. It is packed with everything children need to play and keep entertained all day. The accommodation is clean modern and I can't fault it. Jill the owner was very friendly and would do anything to make your stay a time to remember!
We had a lovely time went to Yarmouth used the pool and had a lovely day in the "barn" and in the grounds. We also used ths Butchers and little Farm Shop in the grounds for our barbeques which is also provided a great place to stay!"

"We booked Lower Wood Farm on the recommendation of family member and will now be recommending it to our friends. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and given all the information we would need. The accommodation itself is excellent. It was spacious and spotless with everything we needed for our week’s stay. The setting is beautiful and immaculately kept. The small group of individual cottages are in a rural area of Norfolk and have easy access to many different attractions. We were also near to the Broads and the beach. There is an imaginative outdoor play area for children, a swimming pool and a well equipped play barn for families. Our children loved the variety of games and the outdoor play area. I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough."
