"Visited as a family with our two children (5 and 8). Was a lovely stay - swimming pool (which you reserve for just your group) and playroom (particularly pool table and table football) were big hits with the children, and they also enjoyed being able to play football on the grass with the goals and ride the bikes. Location is great for the beach and surrounding towns, and local supermarkets and restaurants are also conveniently close by. Service was great, including a lovely cake on arrival. Would definitely recommend. "

"We had an excellent time at Lower Wood Farm. Cottage was absolutely lovely with top notch facilities and lovely and clean. The pool was amazing, with the kids absolutely loving it. The play barn and ample space to run around was a real hit too. Would definitely come again!"

"We visited from Kent and had a wonderful 7-night stay at Russet Cottage, located within Lower Wood Farm. The facilities — including the spacious garden, swimming pool, and play barn — were thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. The setting offers a peaceful retreat, yet is only a short drive from the lively atmosphere of Great Yarmouth and other attractions. The mix of private swimming pool slots and shared sessions was well organised. Jill and her team were fantastic hosts, always ready to help. We hope to return again in the future."

"We love to arrive in Lowerwood farm to feel this personal energy of Jill! The flats are all so pretty decorated, the view over the fields is so bright. We enjoy the swimming area and the space we have. I love the kitchen, only missed a coffee machine.

"We had a great week staying in Russet cottage. The cottage was spacious and well equipped for our stay. Our children loved the freedom of the grounds and spent hours in the play barn and on the fields. We also made full use of the bikes riding the short distance to the farm shop. The swimming pool was perfect however the slot system may have been limited if it was a rainy week. We arrived at 3.30 on the Friday and most slots gone - fortunately as it was a gloriously sunny week there were some cancellations. "
