A splendid barn conversion with vaulted ceilings, original beams, and exposed brickwork. Its four bedrooms are on the ground floor with an exceptionally spacious open-plan living area on the first floor with views across open countryside and The Courtyard. Its fully-fitted kitchen comes complete with an electric double range cooker.

The Appleloft
A deceptively spacious cottage created out of a former dairy and apple store. The Appleloft is attached to the rear of The Cottage and The Farmhouse and has a first-floor open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings looking out across the open countryside and the courtyard.

"Have stayed here before and it is an incredible place to stay. It is ideally located for Great Yarmouth and of course Caister and many other locations but is tucked away in a very quiet rural location. It has everything you could wish for and more! The private swimming pool which guests can book for private swims is brilliant especially for the children and also free bicycles to use and outdoor mini golf and large play area for the children. There is also a large "barn" full of toys for adults and children with a full size table tennis table full size pool table and a table top football game. It is packed with everything children need to play and keep entertained all day. The accommodation is clean modern and I can't fault it. Jill the owner was very friendly and would do anything to make your stay a time to remember!
We had a lovely time went to Yarmouth used the pool and had a lovely day in the "barn" and in the grounds. We also used ths Butchers and little Farm Shop in the grounds for our barbeques which is also provided a great place to stay!"

"Visited as a family with our two children (5 and 8). Was a lovely stay - swimming pool (which you reserve for just your group) and playroom (particularly pool table and table football) were big hits with the children, and they also enjoyed being able to play football on the grass with the goals and ride the bikes. Location is great for the beach and surrounding towns, and local supermarkets and restaurants are also conveniently close by. Service was great, including a lovely cake on arrival. Would definitely recommend."

"Highly recommend Lower Wood Farm cottages definitely have the wow factor! Absolutely everything you need for a fabulous family holiday. It’s very quiet and a perfect safe location. The facilities are brilliant for young children and early teens ,with bikes, footballs, pedal toys and the play barn is like a toy shop. The swimming pool is lovely and warm and well maintained. The cottages are beautifully decorated and equipped with practically everything you need for your stay. The only things we actually needed to buy were cling film, aluminium foil and extra loo rolls! The only small issue was condensation in the bathroom after showering, probably needs a better ventilator installed. Would love to come again"

"Our stay at Lower Wood Farm was for a joint family Birthday celebration, 50th and 80th. On arrival down the path to the farm you are surrounded by various farm animals, we were lucky to see lambs in lambing season which was a treat.
The grounds itself are beautifully maintained with everything families could wish for, goals, pool table, table tennis, table football, gas BBQ's as well as the pool.
The accommodation itself is of an extremely high standard, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, large shower / bath room and was spotless on our arrival.
The host Jill was extremely accommodating but was more then happy for us to do our own thing, definitely a home-from-home.
Would highly recommend, especially for larger parties who want to holiday / celebrate together as we did."

"Amazing place to stay with great views. Very peaceful. Not too far to drive to other places to visit. Cottage was large enough for a big family. Very spacious. The play barn was well equipped with things to do for both adults and children. Swimming pool clean and can book 1hr private sessions for family. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again"
