"We have been visiting Lower Wood Farm for many years and keep coming back as there is something for every age. Getting sole use of the pool each day is a big draw and I love the way that you can book ahead and plan your day around your time slot. Jill works hard to make sure that the bookings are fair to all.

The kids love access to table tennis, pool, and table football but there’s a great range of activities in the play barn for all ages.

We choose Bramley as it means our teens can have a single room each. There is lots of space, the cottage is immaculate and everything you could think of is provided!

Lower Wood Farm is a wonderful location. Peaceful and safe and so well cared for.

Jill is the perfect host and always makes sure we have everything we need. I’m sure we’ll be back again soon! "

"BBQ availability difficult when site full. A rota like the swimming pool would have helped or an individual BBQ would be nice.

This would have helped planning the rvening meal.


Again when the site was full, drying became a problem as the washing line was too small.


However, small niggles about a great place to stay for all ages."

"Bramley Cottage was perfect for a family of four. The children each got a separate bedroom and there was ample storage for clothes. All the kitchen appliances you could need and a comfy sofa with smart TV. Despite being a hot week the cottage was cool and we particularly enjoyed using the outdoor seating area that was nicely hidden for privacy. Perfect view of the fields from the living room with gorgeous sunsets. Having the swimming pool to ourselves each day was fabulous and everything was super clean. Jill was a great host and looks after the cottages and grounds to a very high standard! Location was fantastic for visiting the beach, Norfolk Broads and beyond! Will be recommending to friends."

"Our stay at Lower Wood Farm was for a joint family Birthday celebration, 50th and 80th. On arrival down the path to the farm you are surrounded by various farm animals, we were lucky to see lambs in lambing season which was a treat.

The grounds itself are beautifully maintained with everything families could wish for, goals, pool table, table tennis, table football, gas BBQ's as well as the pool.

The accommodation itself is of an extremely high standard, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, large shower / bath room and was spotless on our arrival.

The host Jill was extremely accommodating but was more then happy for us to do our own thing, definitely a home-from-home.

Would highly recommend, especially for larger parties who want to holiday / celebrate together as we did."

"What an amazing place this is. It has everything a family of 4 could ever wish for. The Bramley cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we could have ever need in the self catering cottage. The heated pool was perfect for us and the kids to relax and have fun. And the games room was perfect for a quick game of pool with the kids. The snow after new years was an added bonus for us all as coming from Australia we don’t get to see it that often. Best snow family bonding day ever. Thank you to all the staff who were amazing and friendly through out our stay. Will definitely be booking again x thank you x"
