The cottages of Lower Wood Farm are surrounded by open-plan gardens with quiet areas and seating to relax, soak up the views and enjoy quiet moments.

The River Bure flows on the horizon beyond picturesque Mautby Mill.

A swinging seat provides the perfect haven to take stock, breathe in the clean Norfolk air and survey unique marshland and all it offers.

Our pond is home to a collection of ducks and moorhens, together with our pet geese that are always happy to be fed. This area is fenced off away from the cottages for child safety. Children are welcome to visit with parents.
