"Returning to Lower Wood following numerous previous holidays there and once again had a great time. Accommodation and facilities beautifully maintained. Jill and her team as usual going above and beyond."

"This was our fifth stay at this property. Location is near to many attractions. It is the swimming pool and games room that attracts our two grand children. There is plenty on site for youngsters of all ages. Lots of outdoor space and enough car parking. Jill and her team work very hard to ensure everything is in tip top condition."

"3 generations stayed in 2 cottages at Lower Wood Farm. We stayed at New Year. This review relates to the Appleloft. This 2 storey accommodation was comfortable, clean, well equipped and warm.
The location is good - close to Great Yarmouth and other seaside towns and villages.
The on-site facilities were excellent. The children loved the play barn and the adults enjoyed table tennis and snooker. I didn't use the swimming pool but other family members did and liked the booking arrangements and the pool itself.
The staff at Lower Wood Farm were friendly and helpful.
I recommend the Appleloft.

"Excellent as always, been coming to Lower Wood Farm on and off for 18 years, whether it be a family holiday in Braeburn Barn or the Cottage or weekend breaks in Russet. Everything is thought of. The swimming pool and games room are ideal for families and a safe environment for youngsters to play outdoors."

"This is our fifth stay, first time in Pipkin and we had just as lovely a time as the previous 4. Pipkin is the smallest but just as comfortable and well furnished as the others (Bramley, Appleloft and The Cottage). The 2 bedrooms are large, perfect for us staying with our grandson. We particularly liked the kitchen/dining/lounge area, and there is all the equipment provided to make our 4 day break easy.
The swimming pool is a big draw, and we were able to book an hour each day for a private swimming time. We could have had a second swim in a shared time slot. The playbarn was helpful particularly this time (weather a bit on the cold side!) as our 12 year old loved trying to beat his Grandpa at pool. There is something for every age group here.
Jill and her team work so hard on the grounds, they look immaculate."

"We stayed over the Easter weekend. The cottage was beautiful and very well equipped with everything you might need. The play barn was great for the children and had lots for them to do. Swimming was easy to book and the facilities were clean and well thought out. The outdoor play area had everything energetic children needed including bikes and football goals. We had a lovely holiday."

"Everything in the cottage is top quality and well maintained and the pool is also lovely. The pool shower and changing area could be better.
Hope to be back again sometime"

"Would definitely recommend Lowerwood Farm. Braeburn Barn was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 grandchildren. We loved the open plan living upstairs, plenty of space for everyone. Great to all sit at the table and enjoy meals together.
The pool, Playbarn and play area were perfect for the children . Everywhere clean and well organised.
Would definitely go back again"
